About Sabrina
Greetings! I pursued a career in natural healing after experiencing disabling chronic pain. Using yoga, massage therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic care, I learned to manage my pain and be able to work again. Using these therapies, I experienced a drastic transformation in my physical and emotional comfort, and now I’m passionate about sharing what I know about healing with others.
The unmatched influence that yoga had in my healing led me to begin the 200-hour Alignment Yoga Teacher Training this year. I will become Yoga Alliance Registered in May 2012. Additionally, I received my license to practice Massage Therapy in Wisconsin in May of this year after graduating from Madison College’s 680-hour program in 2010. I am known for integrating my diverse knowledge to help clients find deep relaxation while also working at finding and removing barriers keeping them from feeling healthy.
Though I haven’t had any children, my experience with pain and my passion for women’s issues led me to become a Birth Doula in 2009 by completing the training outlined by DONA through The Doula Workshop and a local Bradley Method class.
When I’m not working with people to help them feel their best, I enjoy spending time with the two loves of my life, Ralph (my partner) and Tayo (my pug-beagle-chihauhau mix), bicycling, hiking, reading, practicing yoga, going to baseball games and planning vacations.
